Building an AI-powered animation generation pipeline presents unique challenges. Unlike static image generation, a motion design animation must tell a coherent story, maintain a consistent visual style, and produce smooth rendering. We spent months designing, testing, and optimizing each step of our pipeline to guarantee professional results with every generation.
The first step is script analysis with Gemini, Google's multimodal model. Our system breaks down your script into logical segments, identifies key visual concepts, determines the tone and emotion of each passage, and proposes adapted artistic directions. This analysis is enriched by your Brand Guide: colors, style, and brand voice are injected into the prompt to ensure consistency with your identity.
Image generation forms the visual core of the pipeline. Each concept extracted from the script is transformed into an optimized image prompt, enriched by the chosen style preset (Minimal, Neon, Cinematic, Watercolor among our 30+ options) and your Brand Guide parameters. We use a unified prompt approach — a single entry point that eliminates duplication and guarantees consistency across images in the same sequence.
For video generation, we designed a multi-provider architecture: Kling v2.5 Turbo as the primary engine, Runway Gen-4 as fallback, and LTX v2.0 as the budget option — all orchestrated through fal.ai. Each provider receives a prompt adapted to its strengths: Kling excels at detailed subject rendering, Runway at camera movements, and LTX at concise motion sequences. This per-provider adaptation maximizes quality regardless of the path taken.
Brand Guide integration occurs at two critical points: during script analysis (to guide interpretation) and during prompt generation (to ensure visual fidelity). Colors are converted into textual descriptions rather than hexadecimal codes, visual styles are translated into precise artistic directives, and brand voice influences the overall tone of the animations. The result: animations that aren't just beautiful, but that are truly yours.
