Pack credits are cumulative with your monthly quota. They never expire and remain available until used.

Change plan
Upgrade (higher plan)
The change is instant. Your new quota is immediately available. Stripe automatically calculates the proration for the remainder of the current period.
Downgrade (lower plan)
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan and quotas until that date, then your account switches to the lower plan at the next renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard or via the Stripe portal.
Effective at end of period
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your plan until that date, then your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
Invoices
All your invoices are accessible via the Stripe portal, available from the Billing page in your dashboard. You can download your invoices in PDF format for your accounting.
